Hi, I'm Rowena


I’ve been developing leaders and building learning experiences in global organisations for over 15 years.
I’ve led teams, built programmes from the ground up, and worked closely with leaders navigating real business complexity.

My love for innovation, combined with deep business and leadership experience, is what led me to start Reframd – a space to help leaders pause, reframe, and lead more intentionally in a changing world.
